Tennis Serve Biomechanics – Fixing A Students Serve On Court
In this video Top Tennis Training coaches Simon and Alex help a student correct a few technical issues on his serve.
While in Argentina filming with David Nalbandian, Simon and Alex helped out a student at a local tennis club.
They spent around 20 minutes with the man, at the end the student could already feel a major difference in the power and quality of his serving.
They also gave him exercises to continue to work on in the coming months by himself to try to really correct his major issues.
